Examination timetable

ANU examinations are held in designated examination periods usually during June in first semester and November in second semester.

Draft examination timetable

A draft timetable for each formal University examination period will be displayed for approximately seven working days on the ANU Timetabling Information Centre website approximately seven weeks prior to the relevant examination period. The draft timetable is subject to change, and any clashes or suggested alterations should be reported to the Examinations and Graduations Office immediately.

Final examination timetable

The final timetable will be available on the ANU Timetabling Information Centre website approximately two weeks prior to the commencement of the formal examination period.

Students must be available to sit examinations for the entire examination period.

Examination periods

The dates below are for the formal end of semester examination periods*.

The draft examination timetables for 2014 will be published as below:
Semester 1 – April 16
Semester 2 – September 10

The final examination timetables for 2014 will be published as below:
Semester 1 – May 2
Semester 2 – October 1

*Some examinations and other assessments may be held outside of the formal examination periods.
