International acceptors

After you receive an offer you must respond to it by accepting, deferring or declining the offer. It is very important that you read your offer carefully and follow any instructions outlined in the offer. If you do not accept or defer your offer, it will automatically be withdrawn after census date of the commencement semester.

Accepting an offer

You must accept your offer in order to reserve your place at ANU. To accept your offer you must:

  1. Meet any outstanding conditions of your offer
  2. Complete the Acceptance Declaration and Payment Advice form and the Financial Declaration Form included in your offer letter.

If you applied and received an unconditional offer through UAC International download and complete the Offer acceptance, payment advice and financial declaration form for UAC International applicants (PDF, 205KB).

All international acceptors are required to pay their tuition fee deposit.
  3. Return the completed form to the Admissions Office at the address shown on the form.
  4. Complete these three steps by the acceptance deadline:
Semester 1 (February start) Semester 2 (July start)
If you do not currently live in Australia 15 January 29 June
If you currently live in Australia 31 January 10 July

Once your completed Acceptance Declaration and Payment Advice form and Financial Declaration have been received and your payment has been processed by the University, we will process your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE).  Your eCoE will be processed within 10 working days.

Your acceptance will not be confirmed and your eCoE will not be issued until your deposit has been processed.

After you receive your eCoE you can apply for your visa. The final step after confirmation of your acceptance of offer is to enrol in your program. Please be aware that most enrolments do not take place until around two weeks before the program is due to start.
