Feedback

We are always happy to receive feedback from students and staff about our services. If you think we've done something well, or if you think we could improve, let us know.

Grievances and appeals

If there is a problem with your enrolment, you will need to approach the responsible area as soon as possible to have the problem addressed. For academic-related problems, you should contact your ANU College Student Office first. Non-academic administrative matters should be taken up with Student Administration Services.

If you are not satisfied with the University's response once you have raised the matter, you may wish to make a formal complaint or appeal.

The Student Complaint Resolution procedure gives an overview of grievance and appeal procedures for different types of grievances. Information on Admissions Review Procedures in accordance with a review of a decision not to admit the person to a program are available.

For advice on making an appeal or complaint, you can consult the ANU Students' Association (ANUSA), the Postgraduate and Research Students' Association (PARSA) or the Dean of Students.
