Additional information for enrolling students
Information and links to further information are provided here for new students. Students should familiarise themselves with this information prior to enrolling in their program.
Official ANU notices, including fee invoice notifications and important dates, will be sent to your student email address and not your postal address.
Your student email address is your University ID followed by @anu.edu.au (eg firstname.lastname@example.org). You can access your email using your ISIS username and password once you have enrolled.
Students may set up email forwarding so that your student email is automatically forwarded to another email account.
International students must notify the University within 7 days of any changes to your:
- mailing address (this can be updated using ISIS once enrolled)
- visa (any changes to your visa must be brought to the attention of the Academic Standards & Quality Office.
- passport (any passport renewals or changes must be reported to the Academic Standards & Quality Office)
All full-time students (including International) are eligible in most instances for public transport concessions for ACTION bus services and interstate buses and trains. Cityrail concession stickers will be available as part of the enrolment session where you receive your student card.
